The most important numbers to know are 820, 807, and 924.
30: Pronounced “Thiiiirrrtttyyyy” by the band whenever she took the court. This eventually caused considerable friction with the Athletics Department.
8:20: Answer to the question: “Hey Band, what time is it?” (Anyone who says the answer is 8:07 is lying.)
824: “Chops” refers to the trumpet section. Mistakes by them are rarely subtle.
826: Getting the drumline to play softly (especially indoors) is like trying to get the dog to stay off the couch. Mistakes by them are rarely subtle either.
918: This is generally not told to freshmen unless it happens to them.
This is most of the Numbers List as of about 2000. A few numbers that directly reference certain people have been omitted.
