Second only to Darth Vader himself, Darth Maul was the best Bad Guy that George ever came up with. Why did you kill him off in Episode 1, George?? Forget Count Dooku/Darth Tyrannus and screw General Grievous — Darth Maul should have been the visible bad guy (controlled by Palpatine, of course) throughout the prequels. His demise should have come by the hand of an enraged and vengeful Anakin Skywalker: an evil act that would drive him down the path of the Dark Side.

Brilliant! Maybe I should write scripts.
